House Rules

Please note the following if you are driving to the hotel. We have a limited space car park which operates on a first come first served basis and therefore we do not reserve spaces. However if the car park is busy, please speak to the receptionist on arrival who can advise you and assist on where to park. To reduce pollution for schools in the surrounding area, Frognal (the street the hotel is located on) is subject to vehicular restrictions. This means that cars cannot enter Frognal (either from Finchley Road or Arkwright Road) between the hours of 8.00-9.00am and 3.00-4.15pm from Monday to Friday. The restrictions are enforced by Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras. Guests who are already parked in the hotel car park can leave safely during these hours (as they will already be on Frognal) and so will not be caught by the cameras.
